Return Policy


Wolf Pack Performance accepts the following payments:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • Discover Card
  • American Express (Transaction fee of approximately 6% applied to sale)
  • Cashier checks or Money Orders ( These payment types will have to clear before order is shipped)
  • Payments will be processed at the end of day and orders will be processed within 2-3 business days


Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within the state of Georgia will be charged the applicable sales tax.


After you purchase an item and check out. You will receive a confirmation email about your purchase. This does not confirm that the item is in stock at the location or on back order. There may be 2-3 business days for any processing or payment confirmation process. If items are not in stock, they will automatically be drop shipped for your convenience. All items that are in stock are not always on site. We have access to many manufacture’s inventory through first or second hand systems and that inventory fluctuates daily.

For items that are in stock, please allow 10-15 business days for the order to process.

For items that are on hand, please allow 5-7 days for the order to process

For special order items allow 15-20 business days for the order to process.

For items that are on back order, it could be as long as 30-90 business days before the order arrives, but we will get it to you as quickly as possible.


Cometic gaskets will take at minimum of 3-5 business days after the order is placed to be manufactured. They are made to order, because of the wide variety of combinations that are available to you. After which the order will be shipped as requested.



How do I cancel my order that has not been shipped?
In order to cancel an order you must email with your full name, order number, part(s) that you would like to cancel, and a reason for cancellation (so that we can better meet your needs in the future). A restocking fee ranging 15%-50% will apply to order cancellations.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Any items that are special order, drop shipped or has shipped, cannot be canceled.

How do I return or exchange a product(s)? 
If you have received the incorrect product, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery of your order. Any return process that is attempted after 10 days will not be accepted. In short- the part is yours! If you have removed the product from it’s packaging, the part is yours.and will not be exchanged or refunded. 

The following rules apply:

  • Products must not be removed from original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
  • If for any reason the product is removed from it’s packaging, it can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • You will have to pay for shipping the unit back to wolf Pack Performance.
  • Original actual cost of shipping will not be calculated into the returned amount
  • A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not by fault of the manufacture or Wolf Pack Performance. All Clutch products new and unopened carry a 25% restocking fee.
  • The return order number Must be Posted on the returned box.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Fittings
  • All piping and fastening components
  • Promo products, shoes, clothes, helmets, race suites or any other related items.
  • All interior Pieces including Seats
  • Electronics
  • Forced induction components
  • Radiators, starters or filters
  • Any external or internal engine or drivetrain components
  • Head studs/ Internals such as Cams, Pistons, Rods, and valve train components. 
  • Any Truck Freighted Parts/Any Carbon Fiber items.
  • Lug Nuts, Lug Bolts, Wheels & Wheel Accessories
  • All suspension components. 
  • No returns on universal parts. These parts are made in a manner that may or may not fit different applications. 

* We send what you order! So, please be sure to fully read the description and application guide for you requirements for every item. Restocking fees will apply to items that are returnable under these conditions. The rules stated about returns or exchanges apply as stated in this entire policy.



To return a product, you must contact

Please Note: We usually take back products directly to our facility, unless they were shipped directly from the manufacture, in which we will coordinate to return the item to their facilities. Higher restocking fees will apply ranging 25%-50%.

How do I exchange a product(s)?
***There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

Option 1 (Slow way) – Request a return number for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. You will have to pay for shipping the unit back to Wolf Pack Performance. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.

Option 2 (Faster way) – Order the new part online. Then request a return number using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Contact us by phone to ensure we get the email. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly. Assuming the unit is in new condition and is un-opened.

How will I get my refund or credit?
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus original actual shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-10 business day for the credit to appear on your account.

Wolf Pack Performance will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. Wolf Pack Performance will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product.

Please be aware that Wolf Pack Performance is not responsible for how long your banking institution takes to credit your account for refunds.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Damage during shipping is extremely rare, but please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item. Wolf Pack performance does not handle any damage requests, only you can make the claim with the shipping company. Wolf Pack Performance does not insure all shipments so you may purchase a new part once your claim is approved by the shipping company.

We all know shipping can be a rough business. If the box is damaged, but the parts are safe and free of damage then things could be fine, but check them over and follow any necessary steps.  

You sent me the wrong part, how do I get what I need?
Mistakes can happen no matter how hard we try. If you did get the wrong part, please email to let us know. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as fast as possible. If you ordered the part online and it was an error of our website, please alert us as soon as you can, so we may swap the part out and change the error on our site. If your item is defective, you must go through the manufacture of the product to get the proper one. We do not warranty products through Wolf Pack Performance. All 3rd party charges incurred (i.e. Labor costs) will not be covered by Wolf Pack Performance. We are sorry, but we just can’t take the responsibility of another companies work. All warranty issues must be followed through with the manufacture as Wolf Pack Performance does not warranty any item.

My part broke, how can I get a new one?
Each manufactures varies when it comes to replacing broken parts. The best thing to do is to contact them first to find out their normal procedure and policies regarding broken products. As long as the part is still under warranty, Wolf Pack Performance will provide you with any information that you will need in order to contact the manufacture. Wolf Pack Performance does not accept used parts or installed parts as returns if defective nor warranty them direct. Please see manufacture for all warranty information.


Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old and no returns without an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization). Manufacturer’s warranty only on all items sold. Cancellation of a Backorder is also consider a return. Once you have agreed to be on backorder, we count that as a sale and adjust inventory accordingly. When you cancel a backorder, the re-stock fees will apply. Fees will range 20%-25%.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply on you returning them. Free shipping will not be available for you to send the item back. You will have to pay shipping to return the unit to Wolf Pack Performance. Restocking fees will also be applied to the cancellation of backorders.

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed, drop shipped or shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order. All orders that have been shipped before cancellation request will be treated as a return.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Wolf Pack Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wolf Pack Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wolf Pack Performance reserves the right to immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wolf Pack Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Wolf Pack Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Customer Information

Any customer information including any email addresses received by Wolf Pack Performance will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, Wolf Pack Performance may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from Wolf Pack Performance, then you may send an email to stating, “remove from email list” in the subject, in the body of the email and you will not receive any further email communications from us.


Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through a secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, payment will process and your information is handled with the highest level of security available to us.
